Die Changing System RWS, Rail-guided up to 40 ton

The QDC-die changing system is a combination of a standard transport trolley with a round rail system for moving heavy loads and an electric motor-driven push-pull chain or linear unit. Both systems in combination form a cost-effective and safe die-changing system for dies up to 40 tons die weight. The rollers of the round rails have a very low rolling resistance, precise guidance, and are well protected against dirt. The optimal solution for linked presses and the transport of heavy tools over several stations. Additional roller bars in the press, support consoles for bridging, and quick-clamping systems in the press result in a complete system for quick and safe die changes.
